Here's a short 'Bio' , just in case you were interested! 

I came to Colorado, with my family, in 1999!  Sent by a company I was working for at the time, my wife and I quickly fell in love with the state, and the people who make it up.  Skiing, hiking, sailing, snowboarding, white water rafting, water skiing, golfing, biking, tennis, it's all right here, and the best in the world I might add.  We figured this was the perfect place to stay, and raise a family!

After running a couple of restaurants, and managing for a department store, I decided to enter the world of residential real estate sales, so I joined RE/MAX in 2004.  In 2008 I switched to Keller Williams Realty!  I have built, and maintained a successful real estate practice that I still run to this very day!  I specialize in residential real estate sales in the Denver Metro area, and I assist clients with the process of buying or selling their home. 

I consult and advise clients on real estate issues.  Because the real estate market is so complex, a lot of people need help.  Many want to sell their homes, but cannot, for a variety of reasons.  Many want to buy a home, but with the new lending restrictions, it has become very difficult.  In short, the problems with buying and selling a home have increased tremendously, and many people need assistance.  And that's where I come in.  I help customers with real estate issues!

Real estate is a natural for me.  With my degree in economics, and work experience in sales, marketing, fianace, management, and advertising, I fit well into the role of Real Estate Sales Advisor!  The thing that helps me the most:  I have a great attitude, love working with people, and have an incredible desire to get the job done!

I now work with Keller Williams Reality, and am associated with Keller Williams Realty DTC in the Denver Tech Center.  It is here that I run my residential real estate sales practice!


Besides my real estate practice, I am also active in recruiting Realtors for Keller Williams nationwide!  I assist new agents in setting up their real estate practice, and am a Mentor for my Keller Williams office.  Because I went through the process myself, I have a lot of information for new agents.  After all, real estate is a business like any other, and it must be run efficiently if one is to stay in business, and profit.

I wrote a book for anyone interested in becoming a real estate agent, or is new at it.  The business of real estate sales can be a mystery to those entering the field, and at every juncture there is always some sort of major suprise.  I wanted to take that out of the equation, so I wrote about what it really takes to start a real estate practice.  You'd be amazed at how many people jump head long into this business without a clue of what it takes to be successful.  My book covers all the issues associated with starting a business, and specifically a real estate practice.
